Very similar to other Hedge Funds, our Investment Fund is a Limited Partnership that operates under the same guidelines as a Hedge Fund with one major difference. Because of the amount of assets under management, we are not required to register with the SEC, and therefore are able to have investors that are "non-accredited". You DO NOT need to have a net worth of $1,000,000.

We purchase and develop commercial & residential real estate, produce TV & Film, and invest in cannabis companies. We have minimum returns of 7% annually with minimal investment risks by pooling funds with other investors.
